USLP - One Union Square and Two Union Square Access Control Systems securing 1.8 million square feet of commercial property with more than 8000 cardholders. At Two Union Square we have installed the WinDSX Access Control System on the six perimeter entries and all 24 passenger and freight elevators for the building. At One Union Square, we have installed the WinDSX Access Control System on the three perimeter entries and selected elevators for the building. Both buildings are maintained and monitored at the USLP Security Desk in Two Union Square. This facility has won the BOMA award for the Pacific Northwest Region in 1999 and 2000.

Unico Properties
Securing 1.7 million square feet of commercial space. Networked WinDSX Access Control System installed on six buildings in the Metropolitan Track (Rainier Tower, Puget Sound Plaza, the IBM Building, the Financial Center, the Skinner Building, & the Cobb Building). HID proximity readers were used to replace existing swipe & insert card readers. The system controls elevators and perimeter entries on all six buildings. Each building communicates to a database server over the network backbone, with multiple workstations administering the system. In addition to the Access Control System, Argens Inc. has installed a CCTV system in each building using the DigiEye digital recorders. All cameras report to a central control station using NVT video transmission technology.

Trammell Crow Company
WinDSX Access Control System installed at the Exchange Building, Union Bank of California Building and the 720 Olive Way Building in Seattle. The separate systems control the perimeter and elevators of the three highrise buildings. Both floor-select elevator control and call button monitoring are utilized at these facilities. Each building controls their facility separate from the group.

Samis Land Foundation
WinDSX Access Control System installed at the Smith Tower, Collins Building, Florentine Building, Mottman Building, Terry-Denny Lofts and Corona Building in Seattle using HID proximity reader technology. The system controls Von Duprin exit hardware on the perimeter of the building. In addition to the WinDSX Access Control System, Argens. Inc. has also installed a DigiEye digital recording system at the guard desk, with cameras monitoring the exterior of the Smith Tower, Collins Building, and Butler Garage.

Department of Homeland Security – Federal Protective Service
DSX Access Control System installed in Federal Buildings and Courthouses in the Northwest Region (Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon & Alaska). Included among these installations are the Old Federal Building (Seattle), the Jackson Federal Building (Seattle), Federal Courthouse (Seattle), Tacoma Union Station, Federal Center South (Seattle), GSA Warehouse Complex (Auburn), United States Border Patrol (Blaine) and the Federal Courthouse (Spokane). In addition to providing FPS with Access Control Systems, Argens Inc. has also installed automatic gates, automatic doors, and digital recording systems at several of these locations.

Federal Aviation Administration, NW Region Mountain Headquarters
The DigiEye Digital Recording Management System installed for the multiple building campus. The system uses state of the art high-resolution auto switching color to black and white cameras and pan tilt zoom cameras. Signaling is handled over a fiber optic network with multiple control locations staffed 24 hours a day. The Identix fingerprint biometric system installed for every perimeter point on the campus integrated with a DMP Intrusion Detection System for immediate response to any situation.

Social Security Administration - Regional Headquarters
Networked WinDSX Access Control System installed on four floors of the Social Security Administration at the Bank of America Tower. This system controls forty-seven doors using heat sensitive keypads. Numerous doors utilize the door position-monitoring package. The system is administrated by four workstations using a networked database server.

NOAA
DSX Access Control System using Motorola proximity technology installed at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration complex in Seattle. This is a multiple building installation. The DSX system controls the automatic gates at the base entrance and numerous doors in buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 32, 33. Both door position monitoring and guard tours are utilized at this facility.
Also installed is the Intellex Digital Video Recording system by Sensormatic. The system is covering the facility with 32 cameras and monitored by the security staff in a combination of direct and LAN access.

DSX Access Control System installed in numerous buildings in the downtown Seattle area. Installations include the Pacific Building, 83 King Building, Broderick Building, Lowman Building, Hoge Building, State Building, Burke Building, Kobe Park, National Building, Waterfront Building, Watermark Tower, Miken Building, Central Building, O'Shea Building, Union Trust Annex, Provident Building, Lenora Square Building, and Park 90/5 Building. Most buildings feature floor select elevator control and system integration with automatic entries. The 83 King Building also has a DigiEye digital recording system.

Tower Realty – 520 Pike Tower
Replaced an existing Cardkey System with the WinDSX Access Control System at the 520 Pike Tower in Seattle. The system features floor-select elevator control for all twelve elevators, parking control on the garage barrier arms and rollup doors with anti-pass back, and perimeter entry control into the facility. Complete coverage of the facility allows for independent floor security with easy to use reports on which floor was accessed and at what time.

Simpson Investment Company
This system utilizes the WinDSX Access Control System remotely controlled with door position monitoring sensors and request to exit devices. Also installed at this location is the DigiEye digital recording. It is monitoring several high-resolution color cameras covering all the entry points and other sensitive areas. The recording unit is integrated into the LAN allowing for both recorded and live images to be accessed via an intranet browser on the LAN.

WinDSX Access Control System installed on the perimeter doors of the corporate headquarters in downtown Seattle. DigiEye digital recording system installed, monitoring several high-resolution low light cameras. The recording unit is integrated into the LAN. WinDSX Access Control System installed on five floors of the Smith Tower. This system controls thirty-nine doors, each with a door position-monitoring package. The WinDSX system is also interfaced with the company's intrusion alarm system to report door activity to a remote site monitoring station.

WinDSX Access Control System installed at corporate offices (Seattle) and warehouse facility (Kent) using Motorola proximity technology. The corporate offices feature full perimeter control, parking control with anti-pass back, and floor-select elevator control.

First Hill Plaza
Replaced Cardkey system with the WinDSX system. Existing insert readers were replaced with new system using Motorola proximity technology. Access Control System controls vehicle entry, pedestrian entries, and three elevator cabs. The concierge desk utilizes graphic alarm mapping of twelve secured stairwell doors and the emergency telephone system in the parking garage. Upgraded previous CCTV system integrating a DigiEye digital recorder with a Pelco matrix switch and Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras covering the garage levels, the perimeter and the recreation areas.

The Hearthstone
WinDSX Access Control System installed on building perimeter, including automatic sliding doors. The WinDSX system utilizes the same card technology as the hospitality system that we installed on 270 guest rooms. The residents can use one card to access the building doors and their rooms while still being individually coded. Also installed on the facility is a CCTV system covering the perimeter points with an intercom system.

Washington Athletic Club Parking Garage
CCTV System installed to monitor activity in an eight level parking garage. The system utilizes two DigiEye digital recorders and is controlled by a single keyboard/monitor/mouse using a KVM switch. This system uses high-resolution color vandal resistant dome cameras throughout the garage. The cameras capture general information as well as vehicle license plate data.

ProSports Athletic Club
WinDSX Access Control System installed on several doors throughout the facility. This system features door position monitoring and proximity reader technology. DigiEye Digital Recording Management System installed and more than 70 cameras for the club. This integrated system gives ProSports extended CCTV archiving for all of their recorded images.

Atlas/ Aquantive Inc
WinDSX Access Control system installed on four floors of the Smith Tower and three floors of the Bank of America Tower. Both buildings are centrally administrated from multiple workstations at both facilities and is integrated with the WAN using Lantronix thin server technology. In addition, the Bank of America Tower has a ten camera CCTV system using the DigiEye digital recorder.

WinDSX access control system installed in downtown Everett commercial highrise. The system uses a combination of HID proximity readers and Bioscrypt fingerprint readers. All doors utilize the door position-monitoring feature. In addition, this location uses a DigiEye digital recorder to monitor and record sixteen cameras located throughout the facility and parking garage.
