Access Control System Administration Services
As a monthly service, Argens Incorporated will remotely administrate your DSX Access Control System from our offices via a modem. This service eliminates your need to dedicate personnel to the administration of your access control system. Argens Incorporated will Add, Edit and Deactivate/Activate your cardholders per your instructions. Also, Argens will provide History Reports and Cardholder Reports upon request. All requests are processed via email during normal business hours. All of the database information is secured on a dedicated system server at Argens Incorporated, backed up nightly and removed from the premises. An excellent way to reduce labor cost associated with administration.
Intrusion Detection Monitoring Services
As a monthly service, Argens Incorporated provides remote system monitoring for its intrusion detection clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. This monitoring takes place locally in a UL listed monitoring station. Intrusion occurrences will be reported per your instructions, up to and including local police dispatching. This is the standard practice in the industry of intrusion detection. Our innovative service offers a Video Verification component as well.
Preventative Maintenance Agreement Plans
This plan includes regular visits by our service personnel to keep your hardware maintained and well adjusted. Argens technicians will thoroughly go through your facility and clean, lubricate and adjust every device per your instructions. A log of maintenance will be kept on site for your records. Proper and regular maintenance of your systems will promote a long and reliable system.
Full Service Agreement Plans
The most comprehensive of our services is the Full Service Agreement Plan. Your systems never sleep. No matter what time of the day or week your system experiences problems, our technicians can respond, and respond quickly, keeping your downtime and inconvenience to a minimum. If we can't fix the problem in the field, we will replace any defective equipment with loaner equipment from our service pool. Proper inventory planning and product standardization enables us to guarantee that the maximum time your system will be down will be 24 hours or less. In most cases, with this policy, field problems are corrected within 2 to 4 hours. Responding to a service problem is not enough—resolving it and resolving it quickly is all that matters. Our Defect Correctable Response Time feature guarantees instant loaner replacement of any defective equipment—reducing the amount of time your system is down. All materials and labor required to support this Agreement are included—including preventative maintenance checks. Under our Agreement, you can safely budget for the maintenance of your system. There will be no budgetary surprises associated with the normal servicing of your system.
